What do you like best about the leadership team?
great management teams who are very knowledgeable
Casey and Ina respaectful and communicate to try to create a better work wnviormemt
Transparency and they are approachable
Leadership team generous with meals
they are great fun to work with
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
showing proof to employees and getting back to us in a timely manner
Leading others and traing others
terrible communication and business ran poorly .. so much more money to be made if they had competent managers but they dont
Paying people basic wage in massachusetts is criminal nobody can live on it
What is the best part about your compensation package?
All of my total rewards
As we continue to grow in size and revenue the company improves and adds new benefits
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Respect, communication and a raise respect tespect respect
everything that they do is sketchy
If I could get paid correctly and on time I would be ok
we only get minimum wage and no benefits
What are some of the best things about your team?
They help everyone out when needed.
we work hard together, we al have the same upper management issues tho
very friendly and also knowledgeable
they are young kids so full of life, unfortunately the older staff have been there too long
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
If we had better management we wouldn't have problems out of the employees
not being lazy and practice better hygiene
be more positive they are all old townies

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
the direct team i work with, not the upper management
forward thinking and ready for new challenges
the youth culture is vibrant
the music and interaction with the customers
New employees are readily accepted as part of the team and integrate within days of starting.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
New chef to implement positive work relationships
They need to get organized and hite the correct people for correct positions
Better explanation of the roles
What did you like most about the interview process?
Sense of ease to apply
quick, easy, but i knew what i was coming into
quick but not necessary when i have worked there 3 seasons
it was very informal and relaxed

What makes you most happy at work?
Once again the vendors are always happy we are there and the customers show their appreciation sometimes by leaving us gratuity
Myself i enjoy being there helping get things done the way they can be
what i do, where i work, tips (if we got paid fairly)
my co workers are fun
Succeeding on a project or goal as a team and working together to get it done right
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Payroll needs to be on time
lack of training and not consistent where they place their employess for a positive customer experience
very poor compensation for unsociable hours
