Ms. Dana C. O'Brien has been the Senior Vice President and General Counsel of CenterPoint Energy, Inc. since May 12, 2014 and has been its Corporate Secretary since May 2014. Ms. O'Brien serves as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Company Secretary at Centerpoint Energy Resources Corp. She served as Chief Legal Officer and Chief Compliance Officer at AVEC Logistics (Ireland) Limited since 2007 and served as its Member of Executive Board. She served as the Chief Legal Officer of CEVA Holdings LLC since 2007 and served as its Chief Compliance Officer. She served as the Chief Legal Officer and Chief Compliance Officer at CEVA Group Plc. She served as Chief Legal Officer of CIL Limited. She served as the Chief Legal Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of CEVA Logistics Holdings B.V. since 2007 and served as its Member of the Executive Board.
