From 1989 to 1992, he was with Chase Securities in New York as an Associate in Merchant Banking. From 1982 to 1987, he served on active duty with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in the United States and abroad. He served as a captain in the Army Corps of Engineers for five years. He has been a Director of Enable GP, LLC since August 1, 2015. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst. He is a member of the Association of Financial Professionals, the New York Society of Securities Analysts and the Association for Investment Management and Research. He is on the boards of directors of The West Point Association of Graduates and Episcopal Social Services of New York, Inc., and the Salvation Army of New Jersey. Mr. Rogers holds an MBA in accounting and finance from Duke University. He is also a distinguished graduate of the U.S. Military Academy with a bachelor's degree in engineering and economics. He was a master parachutist.
