We should be paid what we are worth. We get paid just as much as retail workers.
To get paid minimum Industry Standard. Quality Insurance. Work life balance. Meaning making $33 working 40 hours a week. What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Simple value your employees. Exp. Employees working holidays when its a overtime day should get paid double pay not time 1.5. Simple things like providing finger foods every holiday to say hey we appreciate that your working and not with your families where you would rather be.

Unfortunately very little. If the company can start with the small things like making employees feel valued maybe things will get better. A company running as lean management as possible will never be able to have happy employees.
