What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager shows compassion for all of her staff members. She makes me feel like a valuable asset to the company.
They listen to what you have to say and truly value your input.
that they care about their employees, that they listen to their employees, that they are engaged and care about what is going on at the branch level and that they care about the patients
Supportive, encouraging, and invested in my growth
Love the fact that Humana has such a robust education program that invests in the professional growth of ALL employees.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I truly enjoy the opportunities to make extra money.
I feel like I am valued from my leadership team based on the compensation and bonus made available during the year.
fair salary, option to chose different medical plans
not currently receiving benefits as I am contracted, but I feel im being faily compensated
Education opportunities and assistance with furthering education in a topic of employee's choosing. Easily accessible and open to all.

Excellent team work and dedication
We are more than just co workers we are a family. Everyone works together to get the job done.
