What is the best part about your compensation package?
The health benefits are the best I've had from any employer before. I'm not scared to go to the doctor or dentist anymore because of the cost.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all get along really well and when someone new comes in they just seem to mesh right in. The team building activities we do (team lunches and things) are awesome because it gives us a chance to get to know each other, which is hard when working remotely.
