Everyone is warm and friendly. We are there for each other if we need help or just need to talk. There is no drama. I love working with my team.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love the work that I do and the team that I have. I love that my worst day working here is far better than my best day working any of my previous jobs for other companies.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love the Health Wellness Program that cuts the cost of my medical insurance in half. I also love the generous tuition assistance program as it helps me pay to go back to school as I work to obtain my MBA.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team is warm and approachable. They are actively invested in my career growth when I let them know I was interested in growth opportunities. I feel like I can go to them with any problem. This is the best leadership team I have ever worked for.
