keeping nurses loose them very early on during the process leading and setting the tone

to be less defensive when speaking about processes. some of us are very hardworking and go the extra mile and some are not...
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
if someone is sick we are allowed tostay home until we are well. if family is ill we are allowed to help them and miss work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
i work extra hours and do not get paid cost of living is higher now and gas prices are escalating its a far distance becasue of traffic there are no flex hours available.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
the work - it can be repetitive and the days are long- sometimes need to work from. we take call and take call for other manager on the weekend as well to cover the pto.
