My organization gives me a sense of accomplishment, everyday, in what I do for them and our patients.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
As I have previously mentioned, my Supervisor is truly a Leader that has a passion for our patients and for our success.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They care about my personal life and how my work affects that. Encourages time off and makes sure, on every call, that I have everything I need to do my work for the company.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I believe it is fair, compared to other companies. They think out of the box, i.e. pet insurance and legal assistance, which I chose neither, but believe it is a great option for employees.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are invested, not only in their own successes, but in yours. We help each other, when we are unable to get into HCHB or SHP. We lean on each other for assistance. IT WORKS! It is truly Servant Leadership.
