I feel that the Resource Nurses are not valued here at Kindred Community Care, I feel like they are just a license and do not matter, I feel that the Branch Director is very territorial and insecure with her title and position afraid that the Resource Nurse may be able to do their job and /RN job

I feel like the Resource Nurses aren't communicated with much, and they hold the Branch Directors at a higher standard even though they have limited education
