Our team respects each other and cares about each other. We are friendly while professional - it makes the job easier and enjoyable!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
You can tell the leadership team care about the employees. They want to take care of them from compensation to benefits to their happiness, well being and success at work. Their actions reflect this.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The salary is competitive and in my position a great bonus program. I haven't had to ask for a raise - my work is seen and it's the leadership who takes action. I'm very happy.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to come to work every day knowing that my daily work is contributing to the health and happiness of our clients/patients. It's not just a paycheck, we are doing something meaningful. Plus amazing coworkers!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive about the culture - the leadership team. They set the tone from the top down. They always thank the team, share success stories, ask for feedback and try to make work and the company always better. That trickles down from the top to the branch level.
