What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That the majority of the employees are truly inspired and genuine in making sure client needs/visits get met, and in helping one another develop and grow.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The genuineness of my coworker team, and that they genuinely hold meeting client needs to the highest standard, working hard to make sure client's get the visits they are supposed to get.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to be genuine & supportive to coworkers, and having most coworkers truly return genuine behaviors back. Being able to be a crucial part of a support system, and reciprocity of the same.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Upper level leadership gives message of support & having best in mind, for ALL stake holders. Appropriately, meeting client needs, is priority. Community Care investment is occurring. Company forging ahead in growth & development areas. Genuinely asking for feedback & listening to it, is displayed.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The optional insurances offered, many that help with employees' financial status & gives them peace of mind, during health incidents. The fact that the company picks up the cost of short term and long term disability insurance premiums, once the employee has been with the company for a full year.
