Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
we have gotten 1 raise in 5 years. And the raise was minimal. Cost of living has increased as well as gas prices so I feel we should get raises at least annually and if it is only once in 5 years that should be a significant increase in pay.
