Use to be great. Questionable at best now.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

I am not sure anymore

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Not enough staff to handle the amount of referrals. Operations does what it feels like.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Not coming up with excuses for problems. Getting us better benefits. Hiring the appropriate staff in all areas of our company. Having realistic goals for sales reps.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We listen to each other complain and help each other through the day. Since management is usually unreachable because of another conference call. That doesn't change our day to day.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Have all sales reps have lower number such as 25 set across the board and keeping the existing commission structure. Raising my goal every year and then not hiring enough staff is counter intuitive. I bring in more business every year and make less money. Doubtful its the same for our executives
