Thorough staff regarding patient care
What do you like best about the leadership team?
When I call alot of time they won't answer and will say send an email but it's not very personable and hard to do when your in the field seeing a patient or driving. Overall everything is good otherwise, they triage and schedule appropriately. I do not feel valued as an employee though
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel more gifts should have been given for nurses week or a bonus. My friends get bonuses at work and yes they are taxed but as a nurse this never happens we are undervalued for our hard work. Pizza just isn't going to do it.. where is our covid pay and yearly bonuses? No company car either...
