What are some of the best things about your team?
We are like a family. There is so much support, you are never alone. New employees have mentors to learn from during the journey of onboarding and that is very helpful.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team is amazing. Our jobs have so be so flexible/fluid, they are right there with us. Our leaders are servant leaders. Our branch manager will assist with personally, with a patient load if she detects a clinician/nurse is overwhelmed. Our leadership listens to us.
