Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I was around before the agency was CenterWell, and plan to be employed for many years to come. This has hands down been the best company to work for. Flexibility, understanding, not only patient focused but also employee focused. The culture is phenomenal. My management team is truly here to help.
What makes you most happy at work?
The atmosphere- it is never one of dread.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is a culture of family, growth, support. We are in the business of caring for others this includes our staff.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I believe that there are so many fantastic offerrings from our PTO packages to our insurance offerings. We even have an additional day for employee appreciation and a floating holiday!
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is like a family from the field to the office, even our sales partners. They are always willing to lend a hand whether it is an important or menial task.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct leadership team is fantastic. They are only a call away, and are very responsive in the event that I have a need. They are approachable every day people and are very down to earth and never condescending. They are always willing to assist and will "work the trenches" just like me.
