When I do not feel like I am constantly behind on tasks because I am helping with tasks that are not part of my role as a CM.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a CM it is very discouraging knowing the clinicians are making more money than we are in the office for the amount of stress we are under. As a CM we are responsible for intake, numerous meetings a week, answering calls from clinicians, PSC's, referral sources and patients several times a day.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are a very small team that accomplishes great things on a daily basis. Our team is one of the smaller branches in our region yet we are busting at the seams with referrals and our census is growing. Our office needs more staff so we can all focus on what our roles should really be focused on.
