Good at times but this being brought out by different companies is getting old. Been with company for close to 20yrs and each time we change we lose that personal touch. Comes more of business and money hungry.

They are caring individuals. Some do there best to get work turned in on time
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listen to employee when something is brought to your attention regarding management and how things are broken at the branches. Don't just sweep them under the rug
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We went from getting paid every week to every 2 weeks. Now with the groceries and gas being outrageous barely enough enough money to make it 2 weeks. Company does not give raises at least not for office people. The forcus is on the clinical staff and making them happy $wise.
