We are a team, we work as a team and we all get along o well together. The support is here.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Pay is good although I have learned recently that others in the same position with other companies make more. I just wish the medical benefits were better.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are all like family, for real. There is no back-stabbing as I've seen other places. Everyone truly cares about one another. Everyone jumps in to help and nobody leaves anyone hanging on their own.
