What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are always competing at a high level and striving for best practice. I like how Humana leaders are really trying to work out some of our inefficiencies with Promise point for clinicians.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am stimulated and with my role, there are always challenges. It's like a big fluid puzzle and part of my role is to promote people's strengths and help mitigate and help rebuild weaknesses. It is stimulating, as we have potential.
