treating others the same. no one is better with a bigger title than someone else.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
i feel we should be getting paid a little bit more than what my position provides.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
its not fair that we all work very hard at our jobs but yet dont get treated all the same. clinical managers get to work at home 2 times a week and when ever they pretty much need to run errands. others has to use PTO if we have something to do. stuff is not fair around here at all!
