My overall experience has been positive. As with any company there have been bumps in the road, and I'm sure there will be more, but I plan on being with the company for a long time to come.

My coworkers have become like family to me. They are supportive not just professionally, but also personally.

I love that leadership is a real team. We have each other's backs and help each other out as much as possible.
What makes you most happy at work?
What makes me most happy at work is the knowledge that we are helping people heal where they heal best, which is in the home.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe that in my particular department, if we are not soon able to raise pay for everyone (leadership included) that we will soon begin to lose valuable employees.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
In my department, we are extremely busy. We are also 100% remote. However we still find time to meet with our teams virtually. We have cultivated an environment where personal connection is still possible, while still working remotely.
