We have the best leaders in our area. They truly care about the staff and clinicians
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
we can get together routinely and celebrate each others birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, babies, etc. There are incentives given by the BD to both office staff and clinical staff.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The HSA is ok- it is nice to have employer contributions to it quarterly but would be nice it that was front loaded entirely since it is a deductible based plan and care isn't cheap
