Clearing my "To-Do List" by Friday. Knowing that the clinicians and office staff can depend on me to get the job done.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Sometimes I do feel undervalued because of all of the task and responsibilities that are places on me. What would make me feel better about my compensation is a pay rate increase, due to mu commute and the amount of task/responsibilities that are placed on me.
