Completing assignments and helping others reach their max potential. Improving the quality of patient care we deliver.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I am given support in any area I request support in. I'm never judged or made to feel less than anyone else. I am always treated with grace and dignity.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team is the best I have ever worked with. They genuinely care about us as employees and as a person. I am so thankful to work with such excellent leaders and am learning so much about how to be an excellent leader myself.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Nothing, the medical benefits are atrocious. I am on my husbands insurance plan because it is the best. Centerwells retirement package is ok, but I would like to see the company match 6% of what we put in. I plan on being here until retirement.
