An ED that is knowledgeable in the office workflows and spends as much time in office as the rest of us are required to instead of consistently leaving early, working from home, or being on PTO

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Clinicians are resistant to change and will not heed education. Easier, more effective disciplinary action process needs to be implemented to ensure that CMs have the means to dangerous and unethical practices that impact patient care

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The clinical manager role is the "dumped on" position, we must be sales, intake, insurance, managers, and HR all rolled into one. If you are going to "cut cost" by not having individual roles within the branch, CMs should be compensated for each partial area of workflow we are responsible for.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

They need to familiarize themselves with the process of day to day workflow, HCHB, and other general processes to ensure that they can act as educated resources for staff support. Our ED and AD have no idea how to utilize HCHB, much less know how to assist with workflow to aide CMs and field staff.
