Education on my role initially was not as I had hoped but now that I have learned my job I am satisfied with my job. There have been some uncomfortable issues with staff in the office that should have not been and disrespect toward managers by some of the office staff.

They allow you to ask them questions.

What makes you most happy at work?
Having defined tasked that I am able to perform, with everyone in the office working together as a team.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Not be so confrontational with the director, not always have to have everything go their way, be more positive.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My manager is flexible to the needs of her staff. The work I am assigned to do is manageable in the 8 hour time frame.
