A team that provides excellent quality care to seniors is rewarding. There is a lack of opportunity for advancement in leadership. There is a culture of who you know outweighs what you accomplish for promotions. I feel to advance my career I will have to seek employment with a competitor.

Susan Benoit is an amazing leader. She has made it clear that providing excellent quality care for seniors is her priority.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a long time employee, salary increases do not occur frequently enough to keep up with the market. New people with in my position are hired at a higher salary due to competition. I would rather stay with Kindred but in order to increase my salary I may have to seek employment elsewhere
