I have only been with this company for a little over a year and it has been the best decision to join this company. I left a company that I was with for 13 years and while it was a risk, it was well worth the risk. I am happy and thrilled to be apart of the organization that I am apart of!

We have a great repour amongst the team. We are supportive of one another and help one another out.
What makes you most happy at work?
That it is a healthy work environment- even if things get chaotic or stressful, its easy to manage. I don't leave work feeling drained and the work life balance is a positive.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part is that I feel like I am being compensated for the work that I am doing as where in previous companies, I have experienced I more responsibilities less work life balance and the compensation wasn't comparable.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
What I love about the leadership team is the partnership - They treat everyone fairly regardless of the level someone is at on the ladder. They are supportive and considerate and truly care for you professionally and personally. They make it a healthy work environment.
