We work together to get things done. We communicate and deliver.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We communicate and help one another. We are crossed trained and fill in for the missing puzzle when needed.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My BD is patient and easy to work with. I appreciate all she does and how she handles the work space.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do not see why we are not offered raised yearly, when we have yearly evaluations. Employees feels more valued when given a great performance review and given an incentive.
What makes you most happy at work?
Coming to work and knowing our patients have chosen us to care for them. I talk to patients daily and it's nice to hear how happy they are with our clinicians!
