Its great! I am 31 years old and I would continue to work here my entire career, if the pay was fair. I would hard. I love what I do. I hope Centerwell decides to issue yearly raises so I can stay doing what I love!

Honestly, the tasks themselves. I love welcoming new clinicians and helping with Onboarding!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
After our move, we are now in a smaller office. So we are closer together. I believe that helped us become closer.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I absolutely love working for Kindred at home/Centerwell to be. However, recently, I've been thinking I will have to leave and get a better paying job. I am just trying to afford life and medical bills that our insurance doesn't cover. I don't make enough money. Yearly raises would help!
