What compensation package? I am not sure what package I have.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I have a great branch director. She truly cares about our staff. She does all she can do to help us and every way. She works hard to keep our branch afloat.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are caring and compassionate towards our patients. They go above and beyond to help our patients. They are there when needed. They are stretched very thin, but help out when asked.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our environment is very comfortable and laid back at our branch. We work well together. We help each other as much as allowed. We are a family at our facility and it makes work enjoyable.
