Our director is very knowledgeable. She is a leader that we all can follow. She works hard just like all of us in the office. She knows the ins and out of the branch.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Most of the workers that's hired for the past few years are making more money than the ones that have been with the company for more than 10 years. Please evaluate and appreciate the ones that are loyal and stays with the company for a long time by increasing their pay rate.
