Everyone works as a team.
What are some of the best things about your team?
One of the best things about my team is most everyone can pick up and do someone else's job if need be.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I came on as a new employee in February and it was very nice that my PTO was frontloaded. I appreciated that.
What makes you most happy at work?
Having the ability and resources to complete tasks timely and efficiently. My biggest complaint is the IT dept. and the time it takes to get an issue resolved. This keeps us from completing work timely and is frustrating.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Everyone has the same goal which is to provide the best possible care to the patient. My leadership team is flexible. They work with the staff to provide time off for all of us to the best of their ability.
