Everyone is accepted as they are. We all understand that there are multiple personalities to work around.

Leadership team is always available and ready to go above and beyond to make sure there is understanding.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is a lot that comes with the roles of an administrator. A lot of moving pieces, and a lot of responsibility in order for the field workers to do what they need to do successfully. With my experience. I feel I could be better paid.
