I'm repeatedly put into positions to succeed. There are always new challenges to tackle. We have several months where there isn't much to do and then get really busy for a few months. I'm able to juggle my work/life balance freely without being micromanaged. I work from home full time.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Strong salaries, but benefits are sorely lacking.

They are great at giving credit where credit is due. They're always naming and thanking those doing the work publicly.

I work with very smart people who are all experts in their fields. When we put our minds together, we can solve any technical challenge.
What makes you most happy at work?
I don't think I'm excited to go to work, but I usually don't mind it. The best part is the sense of accomplishment I get when completing a project or finding a fix to an issue.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone takes the time to say thank you. The culture promotes diversity of all kinds. We tend to embrace each others differences. This is the most gender and racially diverse IT department I've ever been a part of.
