Interaction with patients, clinicians in the field, and most office staff
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do feel valued and appreciated however I do feel that when given more job duties or high praises and good evaluations I should receive slight monetary increases
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
For the most part we (coworkers from other departments) all work well together. The co-worker in my particular department isn't a team player, doesn't take advise or criticism well, misses a lot of time at work leaving me to cover my workload as well as hers, and spreads toxic within our office.
