What makes you most happy at work?
knowing that we are making a difference in patients life's so that they can stay at home and not have to be in a nursing home.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They see us as people and not just a number. They listen to our concerns and will do their best to address them and fix the issue.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
the cost of living has gone up extremely and it has made it to where most employees are actually paying to work instead of getting paid to work.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our field staff is wonderful they are always willing to go above for Patient care. Most of the office staff is willing to jump in and help each other when it is needed.
