Well my name on bday card was spelled wrong and wasn't acknowledged for anniversary during the meeting it fell on. So i pretty much feel like a fly on the wall outside of my team but since i'm not necessarily looking for much more it doesn't bother me TOO much. Much bigger fish 2 fry 4 leaders

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think every single person at every level being the highest is being under paid! I have done comparisons. As well as the bonus insensitive being hard to get to.
