Overall, I'm centimark thru and thru. But in this field you have to keep your Foreman and Hard workers, happy. Now this doesn't mean give them everything they ask for, but Pay them for the long hours and time away from their families. We work hard and some of Us don't take days off.

This is a Awesome Company to work for. My Only issue is that they don't Pay their Employees the Rate they deserve. They Need more people in Positions that actually take care of their Workers.
