Fail to get raises when promised, while on l&I people don't get a raise untill they come back to full duty, centimark offers insentive bonuses on bringing jobs in under quote but the management messes with the #'s to look good and then you never see the bonus. But they still get theirs

This is a Awesome Company to work for. My Only issue is that they don't Pay their Employees the Rate they deserve. They Need more people in Positions that actually take care of their Workers.
