What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Management needs to be restructured. Incentives need to go to those who actually earn them. What needs to change to make the company culture better?Stop rewarding those who don't deserve it and instead terminate the people who aren't working instead of those who are actually trying to make your company grow.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Tim Dunlap current ceo is only profit driven and has lost focus on who actually brings money into his company (operations). A sale is only a promise to be paid after the operations team completes their work. Without your operations team you have nothing.
