What do you like best about the leadership team?
They listen to the boots on the ground so to speak... and Make the best decisions for the workers, Their families and the corporation as a whole.
They are always open to suggestions
Everybody is very understanding of situatuons.

Great vision and leadership. Pushing the company forward as the industry leader on a consistent basis!
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
How they treat their employees.
Communication. And being forthright about polocies

What is the best part about your compensation package?
ESOP and benefits Period they can't be beat with all this in their industry's .......
Company vehicle with gas card, travel expenses paid for.
Never looked at the compensation package and was never told about it
Only company who ever looked out for my future.
The job in itself is the best part.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Tim Dunlap current ceo is only profit driven and has lost focus on who actually brings money into his company (operations). A sale is only a promise to be paid after the operations team completes their work. Without your operations team you have nothing.
Because i second man and still drive the forklift and dont want to pay
If they still paid for board instead of making me drive back and forth

One goal, One vision One with customers best service available... We have a ton of LONG, LONG term Customers
Workers all got along together
Everybody works together to accomplish the goal.
Learning and staying on top of what's going on.

Being honest and work as a team and not against each other.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
they care about their people it is their Number #1 Asset

The oppurtunity to grow is great.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Stop rewarding those who don't deserve it and instead terminate the people who aren't working instead of those who are actually trying to make your company grow.
Pay and upper management needs to be removed and replaced.
Improve staff because the weahouse manger crys about you get things what you need on the field
The office brings the morale down by doing shady pay roll and deleting hours to make them look better and they are very sloppy about it meaning that it's obvious and illegal

Everything just went smooth, interviewers were nice
The introduction, and importance of saftey.
Knowing safety was important to them.
The many people I spoke with who painted a clear picture of the company.

Need to change everything and be able to communicate effectively.

knowing I am part of a winning team and have been for years
Feeling fulfilled from accomplishing a task.
Knowing that if there is anything unexpected, i have a reliable manager i can call.
Always exciting and challenging. Fast pace and great compensation.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management needs to be restructured. Incentives need to go to those who actually earn them. Better respect for everyone on operations from supervisor to laborers. Tim Dunlap to actually show his face to his workforce instead of hiding constantly in his office.
They take advantage of their customers and steal from them.
Service management has very poor customer skills relying on others to take care of the missing effort. Customers have complained and they also charge customers for something they don't get to reach a 55% profit goal
