Tim Dunlap current ceo is only profit driven and has lost focus on who actually brings money into his company (operations). A sale is only a promise to be paid after the operations team completes their work. Without your operations team you have nothing.
Because i second man and still drive the forklift and dont want to pay

Being honest and work as a team and not against each other.
Have better comunication at work
Stop rewarding those who don't deserve it and instead terminate the people who aren't working instead of those who are actually trying to make your company grow.
Pay and upper management needs to be removed and replaced.
Improve staff because the weahouse manger crys about you get things what you need on the field
The office brings the morale down by doing shady pay roll and deleting hours to make them look better and they are very sloppy about it meaning that it's obvious and illegal

Profanity, empty promises and a hostile work environment
Need to change everything and be able to communicate effectively.
Management needs to be restructured. Incentives need to go to those who actually earn them. Better respect for everyone on operations from supervisor to laborers. Tim Dunlap to actually show his face to his workforce instead of hiding constantly in his office.
They take advantage of their customers and steal from them.
Service management has very poor customer skills relying on others to take care of the missing effort. Customers have complained and they also charge customers for something they don't get to reach a 55% profit goal
