Maybe because I'm a female and it's not too many at this company. I guess the females are capped at a certain pay. I have tried my best to get longer runs, but I'm always looked over. I would like to make a consistent paycheck instead of worrying if I'm going to have a good week to pay my bills/fam
Better equipment better 401k plan better health care
An experienced driver shoukd make at least 300 a day for all the work thats put in.
Benefits are to high and I think they should be lower
