Central Transport is a joke and dont ever go work for them. If youre a woman youre basically walked over. Your routes are based off senority and you will be paid the bottom of the barrel but they will Lie to get you in there not thinking that youbhabe options. Equipment is horrible.

Being paid very well and working with unbiased good people.

Some of the drivers are awesome to work with, very helpful.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Respect for all people regardless of gender/sexual orientation. Integrity and honesty.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
An experienced driver shoukd make at least 300 a day for all the work thats put in.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Telling the truth! Also they need to have better pay and stop forcing people to drive then come work the docks bc theyre cheap.
