Everything. They are mean and stubborn.
Paying their employees and not harassing former employees
Everything. Get someone in who actually knows how to run a company, and get a payroll division together.

Pay people their worth. That's all.
No benefits or stock equity
Never had a single benefit. Never had a single on-time payment.
I'd feel valued if I was paid on time, given benefits, or, again, PAID ON TIME
This place is on a shoestring budget and it shows.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Coworkers are woke weirdos. No like.
Its all virtual and that makes it hard

You'll be expected to do more work than you're paid to do.
