From 1995 to 2002, he was engaged in private practice with Dilworth Paxson, LLP from September 2000 to July 2002, Anderson, Kill and Olick, P.C. from November 1996 to May 2000 and Weiner Lesniak from October 1995 to October 1996. He received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the John M. Olin School of Business at Washington University, St. Louis, Missouri and his J.D. with honors from the Seton Hall University School of Law.
