You get blackballed if someone doesn't like you or if you try to make changes. There's no minority leadership at the highest level for African Americans. If you're not of European Latin or Asian descent you will never move up in this company. Not one person of African descent is an executive
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is none because of the hateful people and no diversity actually exists
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
It's not good because you get candidates who quit so quickly and with no experience
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do a job for three to four people but all the executives get the big bonuses and pay. Ran a department that required at least 20-30 people and I had 5 at best.
